The term sustainability is no longer a foreign concept and its significance is becoming increasingly important in today's world. With this in mind, it is also crucial for us to take up this topic in our product ranges and develop them further in a sustainable way. The shower curtains in our sustainability range are made from 100% recycled PET polyester. The glass accessories are made from 100% recycled glass and the polyresin accessories are made from 51% recycled synthetic resin. The bathroom rugs are made of either 100% recycled cotton or recycled PET polyester on the front and 51% recycled material on the back.

The first step is to remove the caps and labels from the collected PET bottles, as these cannot be further processed. The bottles are then cleaned and all residues are removed. In the next step, so-called flakes are produced from the bottles. This means that the bottles are crushed so that they can be refined into even smaller chips, a type of granulate, in a further step. These are then melted down and liquefied. The next step is to spin the yarn from this liquid mass, which is then used to make the products. The 100% recycled yarn can either be used directly for processing or dyed with the desired colour in a final step.
